Physical Description
Around 5'5", incredibly skinny (or wiry, if you're feeling more charitable), pale. Black hair, vibrantly purple eyes. Tends towards extravagant gestures and relaxing in weird positions. Tends to wear pretty dresses and fancy suits in equal measure, but whatever she wears it's always fabulous. In her magical girl form, she looks sort of like a cross between Zantanna and Tuxedo Mask. Her weapon of choice is a rapier, but with the blade replaced with a traditional black and white magician's wand.
Personality
Staggeringly irresponsible, and sometimes selfish. She tends to view personal boundaries as mere suggestions, especially in regards to personal possessions, and will probably borrow your stuff without asking. In the end, though, she ultimately does mean well. The question is if anyone will put up with her long enough for that to become apparent.
